
Bio
Kalon Ceceia Moco (she/they) is a recent UC Davis undergraduate Alumni working on the BasedMIP project as a Post-Bacc Climate Communications Researcher. They have been involved in several different projects for Davis Data Driven Change (D3C), a student-led data justice organization at UC Davis. She graduated UC Davis with a Design degree and a computer science minor alongside experience as a Biomedical Engineering student. Currently, they are working as an UC Davis researcher on a project related to artificial Intelligence development accessibility and representation. They hope to work in the intersection between biomaterials, design, technology, and social justice. In their spare time they volunteer at the UC Davis craft center and keep up with hobbies such as ceramics, archery, and powerlifting.
